From first call to first customer.

A structured process with clear decision points. You're never asked to commit before you have what you need to decide.

Six steps from enquiry to opening.

1

Enquiry

You submit an enquiry through this site, request the Franchise Guide, or book a Discovery Call directly. We review and confirm fit.

2

Discovery Call

A direct conversation with our franchise development team. We walk through the model, your goals, your territory of interest, and your funding outline. No pressure, no commitment — this call exists to confirm whether continuing the conversation makes sense for both sides.

3

Mutual due diligence

You receive the formal Franchise Disclosure documentation. You speak to existing Snooze operators. We complete background checks and financial pre-qualification. Both sides have time — and the option — to walk away. The financial walkthrough happens here.

4

Franchise Agreement signing

The Franchise Agreement is signed. The franchise fee is paid. Your territory is officially reserved and you're a Snooze franchisee.

5

Training & site preparation

You complete the full structured training programme. Your site is finalised, fit-out begins, suppliers are onboarded, marketing launch is planned. Your assigned franchise development manager guides the timeline.

6

Opening

Soft launch with local community contacts. Operational refinement. Grand opening. First customers.

Who does what.

Disclosure happens before commitment, not after.

UK franchising best practice — codified in the British Franchise Association Code of Ethics — requires that prospective franchisees receive full disclosure documentation prior to any signing decision. Snooze adheres to that standard.

Specifically:

  • The formal Franchise Disclosure Document is provided at the start of Step 3 (Mutual Due Diligence), not at the point of signing.
  • You're given time to review the disclosure documents and the Franchise Agreement before you sign — there's no pressure to decide on the spot.
  • You're encouraged — and we strongly recommend — independent legal review of the Franchise Agreement before signing. We provide introductions to franchise-specialist solicitors if you'd like one.
